Printer Solutions:

Follows manufacturer return policy which gives customer’s an opportunity to return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. As per return policy’s copyright conditions a product has to be unused or Defective by manufacturer of Printer Solutions’s end. Returns May not acceptable if the product packaging is open or product is delivered via Instant Download link sent on registered email. Customer may also choose to exchange defective product as per return policy by contacting Printer Solutions. Printer Solutions customer support is available for customer with return policy request for each purchase for best customer experience to help them in their inquiry. In case of a product return or product exchange, the product has to be returned in original packaging which may include product Installation Disk, Key Card, Instruction Guide and other accessories and should be received within 30-Days to establish a return confirmation. Printer Solutions reserves the right to refuse to return/ charge a restocking fee for damaged/ incomplete product returns.

Every return request requires an Order Number to be conveyed to our support officer’s via email or phone. Please include Order Number with your shipment to complete your return request. We may not be able to confirm the return request without Order Number. Also, when sending email to return product please include; Order Number, Product Description and reason of return. The shipping of Returned Product is paid by the customer.

If the return/ exchange request fall into our policy guidelines, then we will issue a new Order Number for particular to ship to mailing address or via email with 3-4 working days from the date we receive the return shipment. Note: Order Number issuance does not confirm your return or exchange request. As mentioned above, we do not accept used or defective merchandise for return or exchange program.

Customer is responsible for downloading and installing a product on the computer.


All “Downloadable” products come with a simple step-by-step installation process by the manufacturer to download and install the software to desired machine. In case customer is not able to follow instructions then we may be able to help guide customer to how to use product in our power. We may connect customers directly to original equipment manufacturer to seek support.
